FAQ's
How is my order shipped?
All orders will be shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail which is approximately a 2-3 day delivery. All tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your package has been shipped. If you would like to have your package shipped via UPS please notify us prior to check out so that we can get the correct shipping calculations to you.
Shipping Calculations?
The shipping is calculated based on the weight of the product which is already set up for each item and along with your zip code the final shipping costs are determined. If you find something wrong with the calculations please let us know and we will correct it! We ship out of our studio which is located in the North Atlanta area.
What is the sales tax rate?
The sales tax is calculated for all sales within the state of GA which is currently 7%
What is the lead time?
All items are made in right in our studio and I strive to make your personalized gift within 3 days of the order being placed. If for some reason you need same day shipping or a RUSH on your order please contact me and I will make arrangements for you to receive your item promptly.
